Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and the rights you have.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by CyberWall ("we", "us"), with its office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For any privacy question, contact us at info@cyber-wall.net.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you give us and a small amount of technical data:
- Form data — name, work email, company, job title, country, company size, areas of interest and your message, when you request a demo, contact us, apply to become a partner or apply for a job.
- Career applications — the profile link (for example LinkedIn) and any information you choose to share.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in server logs for security and to keep the site working.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange demonstrations, quotes or partner discussions.
- To assess job and partner applications.
- To protect the website against abuse, spam and attacks.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We process this data on the basis of your consent, the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the website. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle email (hosting and email delivery), under contracts that require them to protect it, and with authorities when the law requires. Where data is processed outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we apply the safeguards required by the Personal Data Protection Law.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries and demo requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you agree to a longer period. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
6. Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and are stored in a restricted area of our website that only authorised staff can access. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you can ask to be informed about, access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to info@cyber-wall.net; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
8. Cookies
See our Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
